A polishing pad with a diameter of 180 mm and a density of 28 kg/m³, designed for use with rotary polishers fitted with an M14 thread. Suitable for polishing car paintwork and plastic body components, including headlights.
The density of the polyurethane foam determines the pad's hardness and durability. A value of 28 kg/m³ indicates a material of moderate hardness — flexible enough to follow the contours of the bodywork, yet sufficiently firm to spread polishing compound effectively.
In foam pad systems, white generally denotes a material intended for final polishing and finishing. White pads are used with finishing compounds that remove fine scratches and restore gloss to the paintwork without excessive cutting action.
The larger pad diameter allows the surface to be covered more quickly when working with a polisher. The 180 mm format is typical of semi-professional and professional rotary polishers. Before purchasing, check that your polisher accepts a disc of this diameter.
The M14 thread is the standard used on rotary polishers and angle grinders. The pad mounts directly onto the machine's spindle — no additional adapters are required. Before fitting, make sure your polisher has an M14 spindle.

The pad works with rotary polishers fitted with an M14 spindle that accept a 180 mm backing plate. Before purchasing, check the specification of your polisher — both the spindle thread and the maximum accessory diameter stated by the machine manufacturer.
Before first use, dampen the pad slightly with water, which helps the polishing compound to be absorbed evenly. Apply the compound directly to the pad or to the surface being polished, using a small amount. After use, wash the pad thoroughly with water and a mild detergent and leave it to dry in a well-ventilated place. Regular cleaning of the pad extends its service life and prevents residues of compound from hardening within the foam structure.
