TVARDY T00200 4" Bench Vice
An engineer's bench vice with 100 mm jaws and a 360° swivel base, designed for permanent mounting on a workbench. Steel construction with integrated pipe jaws and replaceable working jaws.
Technical features
360° swivel base
The swivel mechanism lets you position the workpiece freely without having to clamp it again. The base locks in the chosen position and keeps the vice stable while you work.
Replaceable serrated jaws
Serrated steel jaws provide a secure grip. Because they can be replaced once worn, the service life of the vice is extended without the need to buy a new one.
Integrated pipe jaws
Additional pipe jaws in the base hold cylindrical parts without extra clamps. Useful for plumbing and pipework.
Steel body with stove-enamelled finish

Mounting the vice
The vice must be bolted permanently to a workbench top through the 3 holes in the base. The bench top should be at least 30 mm thick. Position it so that long workpieces can be handled freely.
Parameters that determine vice size
A jaw width of 100 mm (4 inches) is the maximum gripping surface for a workpiece. This parameter defines the class of the vice and indicates that it is intended for medium-light work.
