Manual grease gun with a 1000 ml reservoir, designed for precise high-pressure grease dispensing. The short-stroke design allows work in confined working areas.
Technical features
High working pressure
The 6000-10000 PSI range (approximately 414-690 bar) enables effective lubrication of points requiring considerable injection force. The PSI value specifies the maximum pressure the tool generates when pumping grease through a hose or tube to the lubrication point.
Polycarbonate reservoir
The transparent material allows continuous monitoring of the grease level without opening the reservoir. Polycarbonate offers impact resistance and chemical stability against most lubricants.
Short piston stroke
The short-stroke design reduces the space required to operate the pump. This solution is useful when working in congested workshop areas or at lubrication points located in hard-to-reach parts of machinery.
Bleed valve

Use and maintenance

Cleaning
After finishing work or when changing the type of grease, it is recommended to clean the system. This can be done by pumping solvent or flushing oil through the entire system. The polycarbonate reservoir should be cleaned with chemically mild agents.
