Features of the PU foam gun
PTFE coating on the basket and barrel
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is a material with non-stick properties that prevents cured foam from adhering to the working parts. It makes the tool easier to clean after use and extends its service life without the need to replace components.
ABS plastic construction
Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) is characterised by impact and abrasion resistance combined with light weight. Using this plastic for the handle, body and trigger mechanism reduces the weight of the tool without compromising structural strength.
190 mm working barrel
The barrel length determines the reach in areas with limited access. At 190 mm it allows precise foam dispensing into gaps, window and door frames and other narrow spaces without the need to dismantle components.
Foam flow adjustment
The adjusting screw, made of ABS plastic, allows control of the foam flow rate. The mechanism lets you match the amount of material to the width of the gap, which reduces foam consumption and limits the need to remove excess once it has cured.

Operation and maintenance
Preparation for use
Before fitting the foam canister, check that the adapter thread is clean. Screw the canister on clockwise until it is hand-tight. Set the adjusting screw to the minimum flow position, then gradually increase the flow rate until the desired amount of foam is obtained.
Cleaning after use
Once the foam canister is empty, immediately flush the internal mechanism with a dedicated PU foam cleaner. Unscrew the empty canister, fit the canister of cleaning fluid and press the trigger repeatedly until clean fluid comes out. Clean the external PTFE-coated surfaces with a cloth soaked in cleaner.
Storage
Store the tool at room temperature, away from heat sources and direct sunlight. During longer breaks between uses, it is advisable to leave the foam canister attached to the gun or to close the adapter with a dedicated protective cap, which prevents contaminants from entering the internal mechanism.
Protective measures during application
Liquid polyurethane foam can cause skin and respiratory irritation. Wear protective gloves during use and ensure adequate ventilation of the room. When working in enclosed spaces, the use of a half-mask with an FFP2 class particulate filter is recommended.
