Push-Fit T-Connector for PU/PE Hose 8 mm GEKO G03042
Automatic push-fit connector in a tee configuration, designed for the quick connection of flexible pneumatic hoses with an 8 mm diameter. It allows a pneumatic line to be branched without the use of tools.
Technical features
Automatic locking system
The hose is locked in place as soon as it is pushed into the fitting. The mechanism provides a tight seal without the need for tightening or tools, which shortens the assembly time of a pneumatic system.
Quick release
The hose is released by pressing the blue ring on the fitting. This allows repeated assembly and disassembly without damaging the hose or the fitting itself.
Tee design
The T-type configuration allows one pneumatic line to be branched into two sections. Useful for supplying two tools from a single compressed air source or for building extensive installations.
PU/PE materials
The combination of polyurethane and polyethylene provides resistance to abrasion, oils and the typical operating conditions found in pneumatic systems. These materials are resistant to mechanical loads and ageing.

Checking compatibility
Before purchasing, make sure the outside diameter of the hose you are using is 8 mm. The fitting is compatible with PU, PE and PA hoses of this diameter. For hoses with other diameters, suitable reducers must be used or a fitting of a different size selected.
Use and maintenance
To fit the connector, push the end of the hose fully into the fitting. The hose will lock automatically. Before assembly, make sure the end of the hose is cut squarely and free of burrs, which will ensure a tight seal.
To disconnect the hose, press the blue ring towards the body of the fitting while pulling the hose out. Do not use excessive force when disconnecting, as this may damage the locking mechanism.
The fitting requires no special maintenance. Periodic checks of the tightness of the connections are recommended, along with cleaning away any contamination that could affect the operation of the locking mechanism.
