A 2100W reciprocating saw designed for cutting wood, non-ferrous metals and plastics. The electronically variable stroke rate lets you match the working parameters to the material being cut and the blade in use. A carry case is included for easy storage and transport.
Smooth stroke-rate adjustment lets you match the cutting speed to the material. Lower settings are suitable for metal and heat-sensitive plastics, while higher settings suit wood and construction materials. This reduces the risk of overheating the material and wearing the blade.
The high motor output allows work on larger cross-sections and longer working sessions without a significant drop in performance. This translates into consistent cutting even in more demanding conditions, such as wet wood or thicker metal profiles.
The reciprocating saw works with blades for wood, non-ferrous metals and plastics. Choosing the right blade (pack markings: wood — letter W, metal — letter M, bi-metal — BIM) determines the quality and safety of the cut. Blades are not included.
The rigid carry case protects the tool during transport and storage. It also lets you keep blades and accessories tidily in one place, which matters when working across several sites.

A reciprocating saw requires blades suited to the material being cut. Wood blades have fewer, larger teeth (TPI 6–10), metal blades have fine teeth (TPI 14–24), and bi-metal (BIM) blades are suitable for mixed materials. Blades should be selected according to the blade fitting system compatible with the KD1791. Before buying blades, it is worth checking the blade clamp type in the operating instructions.
Before first use, read the operating instructions supplied with the set. Safety glasses and work gloves are recommended during operation. After use, the blade should be removed from the clamp and stored separately. The motor's ventilation openings should be cleaned regularly of sawdust and metal dust — a build-up of debris can lead to motor overheating. The tool is powered exclusively from a 230 V / 50 Hz mains supply.
