A hand-cranked rotary drum pump designed for transferring fuel, diesel and other technical fluids from drums and tanks. The three-piece suction pipe allows the length to be adjusted to suit the depth of the tank.
Flow rate defines how much fluid the pump can move in one minute under optimum operating conditions. A figure of 25 l/min means that filling a standard 20-litre jerrycan takes around 50 seconds. Actual output depends on the density of the medium being pumped and on how quickly the crank is turned.
This parameter defines the maximum difference in level between the intake point and the discharge point. With a delivery head of 1 m, the pump can raise fluid effectively over that vertical distance. At greater heights the output drops and the pump requires more effort to operate.
The modular design of the pipe allows one, two or three sections to be fitted, depending on the depth of the tank. Each section is of a standard length, so the overall length of the pump can be matched to drums of different sizes – from shallow containers to standard 200-litre drums.
The mounting bracket fits the standard openings in steel and plastic drums. The mounting mechanism keeps the pump stable during operation, eliminating the risk of the unit falling out or tipping over during intensive pumping.

| Intended use | Fuel, diesel, technical fluids |
Before first use, assemble the required number of suction pipe sections. For a standard 200-litre drum, all three sections should be used. The suction pipe should end 2–3 cm from the bottom of the tank so that sediment is not drawn up. Once the correct length has been set, the pump is secured in the drum opening by tightening the bracket.
The pump is intended for liquid fuels, diesel and mineral oils with a viscosity not exceeding the standard values for hydraulic oils. Do not pump aviation fuel, organic solvents or highly corrosive substances. Before using it for the first time with a new medium, it is advisable to flush the pump system with a small quantity of that fluid.
After use, it is advisable to pump a small quantity of diesel through the pump to flush out any residue. The suction pipe should be stored upright or suspended, which prevents it from becoming distorted. The crank mechanism requires periodic lubrication – a few drops of machine oil on the joints every few months of intensive use is sufficient.
