Lightweight S1 PL safety shoes with a composite toe cap resistant to impacts of up to 200 J and a flexible plastic penetration-resistant insert that withstands loads of up to 1100 N. The tri-material TPU+ETPU+rubber outsole combines vibration damping, stability on slippery surfaces and antistatic protection. Complies with the EN 20345 standard.

Composite plastic toe cap
The toe cap withstands impacts of up to 200 J and compression loads of up to 15 kN, meeting the requirements of the EN 20345 standard. Unlike steel equivalents, it does not absorb ambient temperature — it does not chill the foot in freezing conditions and does not heat up on hot days. It also reduces the overall weight of the footwear.
Flexible penetration-resistant insert
The 4 mm insert is made from the same material used in bulletproof vests and protects the sole of the foot from being pierced by sharp objects under a load of up to 1100 N. The flexibility of the material allows the foot to flex naturally at the ball — the restriction typical of traditional steel inserts does not occur here.
Tri-material TPU+ETPU+rubber outsole
The outer layer of semi-transparent TPU acts as a perimeter air cushion, improving comfort in non-standard working positions. The middle layer of responsive ETPU absorbs vibration across the entire surface of the foot. The SR-certified rubber tread provides grip on surfaces covered with detergent or oily substances.
Polyester fabric upper reinforced with TPU and leather
The polyester fabric is air-permeable and keeps the foot ventilated during prolonged use. TPU overlays in key areas increase resistance to abrasion. Cowhide leather on the front of the upper improves mechanical durability in the areas most exposed to contact with obstacles.
Popcorn design insole
The removable inner insole with a popcorn design structure improves the microclimate inside the footwear and distributes pressure across the foot, reducing fatigue during prolonged walking or standing.
