A four-sided flexible sanding block designed for hand sanding, smoothing and cleaning a wide range of materials. The block construction provides a stable grip and even pressure against the workpiece.
Features
P80 grit – coarse sanding
P80 grit corresponds to a grain diameter of approx. 201 µm. It is used for removing thicker layers of material, stripping old coatings, initial surface levelling and preparing surfaces for subsequent finishing stages with finer grits.
Four active working surfaces
The four-sided block design allows all faces to be used for sanding. Once one side is worn, work can continue with the remaining sides, which extends the life of the tool and reduces running costs.
Flexible construction
The flexible backing material adapts to the shape of the workpiece, making it possible to sand profiles, curves and hard-to-reach areas. It helps prevent sharp edges and sanding through.
Suitable for a wide range of materials

Use and maintenance
How to use
Hold the block so that it applies even pressure to the workpiece. Move it along or across the grain of the wood, depending on the desired result. Regularly clean dust from the abrasive surface with a brush or compressed air. Once one side is worn, turn the block and continue with a fresh surface.
Safety precautions
Wear respiratory protection when sanding materials that produce fine dust. When working with metals and plastics, ensure adequate ventilation. Do not use on wet materials – moisture reduces abrasive efficiency and clogs the grit.
