Sash clamp 120 x 1000 mm – Kraft&Dele KD10183
A sash clamp with a 1000 mm bar, designed to secure workpieces during machining and welding. The steel bar construction and the quick-slide mechanism on the moving jaw cut down the time needed to set up the work station.
Features
Steel bar
The steel bar gives the clamp its rigidity and guides the sliding jaw precisely. It limits sideways play in the jaw, which in turn spreads the clamping force evenly across the workpiece.
Quick-slide mechanism
The mechanism lets you slide the moving jaw freely along the full length of the bar without turning the screw. This makes it quick to match the opening to the thickness of the workpiece, with clamping pressure applied only when you tighten it up.
1000 mm bar
The 1000 mm working length makes it possible to clamp wide parts such as tabletops, furniture frames or long glued joints. A bar of this length is the standard choice in a joinery workshop when glueing up multi-part panels.
120 mm throat depth
The throat depth determines how far in from the edge of the workpiece the clamp can be applied. At 120 mm it is enough to grip thick sections securely or to clamp at points set back from the edge of the workpiece.
