Sash Clamp 90 kg – 24" / 600 x 60 mm (KD10704)
A sash clamp from the Kraft&Dele range, designed for holding wooden components together during gluing, assembly and joinery work. The 60 mm wide bar keeps the jaws stable under load, while the quick-release slide lets you position the jaw one-handed without tools. Turn the jaws around and the clamp works as a spreader.
Key features
Quick-release slide system
The sliding jaw moves freely along the bar without undoing the clamping screw. This lets you set the jaw opening one-handed, which speeds up work on repeat glue-ups.
Protective jaw pads
Soft pads fitted to both jaws protect the surface of the workpiece from dents and marks left by the clamp's metal parts. Particularly important when working with hardwood, veneered boards and lacquered surfaces.
Spreader function
With the jaws reversed the clamp changes mode — instead of pulling components together it pushes them apart. Useful for dismantling joints, straightening frames or holding parts apart before re-gluing.
60 mm bar
A wider bar than on standard models (usually 40–50 mm) reduces jaw twist under side load. This gives an even distribution of clamping force across the whole contact area with the workpiece.

Choosing the right clamp size
A 600 mm (24") jaw opening matches the width of standard kitchen worktops and carcass furniture. Clamping components wider than 600 mm requires clamps with a larger opening, or several clamps used together. A clamping force of 90 kg is sufficient for gluing solid timber and engineered wood panels with standard PVA woodworking adhesives.
