A scrubbing brush with a wooden stock and synthetic bristles, designed for mechanical cleaning of floors, patios and outdoor surfaces. The threaded fitting allows it to be mounted on a standard handle.
Beech wood is naturally hard and resistant to moisture. It gives the brush a stable construction and a secure grip during intensive work. The material retains its mechanical properties even with frequent contact with water and detergents.
Fibres made from polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and polypropylene nitrile (PPN) offer high resistance to abrasion and to cleaning chemicals. The plastic does not absorb water, which prevents the growth of bacteria and mould. The bristles retain their stiffness regardless of moisture levels.
The standard 22 mm thread allows connection to universal handles available in cleaning tool systems. The plastic thread provides a tight connection and resistance to corrosion. Compatible with VOREL 99418 handles and other handles of the same diameter.
The 300 mm brush width is a compromise between the efficiency of cleaning large surfaces and manoeuvrability in narrower spaces. This length covers a considerable area in a single stroke, reducing the time needed to clean floors and patios.

The brush must be fitted to a handle with a 22 mm internal thread. The handle length should be chosen to suit the type of work: 120-150 cm handles are suitable for cleaning floors while standing, while shorter 80-100 cm handles make work on steps and vertical surfaces easier. Check compatibility before buying a handle.
Before first use, fit the brush to the handle and tighten the thread by hand until it is firm. When working with the brush, use straight strokes parallel to the surface being cleaned, which distributes the pressure evenly.
After cleaning, rinse the brush with clean water, removing any detergent residue and dirt from the bristles. The brush should dry hanging with the bristles facing down, which prevents water from collecting in the wooden stock. Do not leave a wet brush resting on its bristles, as this can permanently distort the fibres.
The wooden stock should be treated periodically with linseed oil or a wood preservative, especially when used intensively in contact with water. Checking the threaded fitting before each use prevents the brush from working loose during use.
