Self-tightening panel clamp 5T - narrow grip GEKO G02750
Two-way panel clamp with a CrMo steel body and self-tightening mechanism. The serrated jaw design ensures a secure grip on sheet metal during body panel straightening.
Technical features
Self-tightening system
The mechanism uses a wedge in the pin of the clamp's lug, which automatically increases the jaw clamping force in proportion to the applied load. This solution eliminates the risk of the clamp slipping during use.
Serrated jaws
Grooving on the jaw working surfaces (23 x 42 mm) increases the coefficient of friction and prevents slipping on smooth painted surfaces. The 0-10 mm opening range allows sheet metal of various thicknesses to be gripped.
Two-way pulling
The design allows force to be applied simultaneously in two planes: longitudinal (up to 5 tonnes) and transverse (up to 2 tonnes). This makes it possible to correct deformation on both axes without having to reposition the clamp.
Chrome-molybdenum steel CrMo
The clamp body is made from a CrMo alloy, which offers increased tensile strength and resistance to plastic deformation. The carbon steel screw ensures the durability of the clamping mechanism.

Use and maintenance
Checking the technical condition
Before each use, check the condition of the jaw serrations and the operation of the self-tightening mechanism. Worn or flattened teeth reduce grip security and can cause the clamp to slip under load.
Operating safety
Do not exceed the maximum load ratings: 5 tonnes longitudinally and 2 tonnes transversely. Overloading can cause permanent deformation of the body or cracking of the material. When pulling, keep a safe distance from the working area.
Maintenance
After finishing work, clean the jaws of any paint residue and rust. The self-tightening mechanism requires periodic greasing with general-purpose grease. Store in a dry place to prevent corrosion of the working surfaces.
