A mobile pressurised sandblaster with a siphon-fed design, intended for professional refurbishment and maintenance work in workshop conditions. The 38-litre capacity allows longer working periods without the need to top up the abrasive frequently.
The design uses compressed air pressure to discharge the abrasive through the nozzle. It delivers a steady abrasive stream and greater output than gravity-fed systems, particularly during longer working sessions.
The working pressure can be adjusted between 4.1 and 8.6 bar, allowing the blasting intensity to be matched to the material being worked – lower values for delicate surfaces, higher values for removing rust or paint coatings.
Robust rubber wheels and an ergonomic transport handle make the unit easier to move around the workshop. Its dimensions of 52×31×79 cm allow convenient storage in standard workshop spaces.
Nozzles with diameters of 2.3 / 2.7 / 3.0 / 3.5 mm allow the intensity and width of the abrasive stream to be controlled. Ceramic offers excellent wear resistance – a far longer service life than steel nozzles.
| Model | GEKO G02019 |
| Tank capacity | 38 litres |
| Working pressure | 60-125 psi (4.1-8.6 bar) |
| Air consumption | 170-700 L/min |
| Blasting hose length | 2.5 m (3/8") |
| Ceramic nozzle diameters | 2.3 mm / 2.7 mm / 3.0 mm / 3.5 mm |
| Overall dimensions | 52 × 31 × 79 cm |
| Certification | CE |
The set contains all the equipment needed to get started:
| Pressure tank | 38 litres with pressure gauge and valves |
| Blasting hose | 2.5 m, 3/8" diameter, with gun-type connector and shut-off valve |
| Ceramic nozzles | 4 pieces: 2.3 / 2.7 / 3.0 / 3.5 mm |
| Protective mask | With Perspex visor |
| Filling funnel | For pouring abrasive into the tank |
| Air filter with water trap | Protects against moisture in the air line |
| PTFE tape | For sealing threaded connections |
The unit requires a compressor with an output of at least 170 L/min at a pressure of 4.1 bar. To make full use of the working pressure range (up to 8.6 bar), a compressor with an output of 700 L/min is recommended. Check that the compressor delivers a stable pressure during continuous operation.
The sandblaster can be used with a range of abrasives: aluminium oxide, glass beads, quartz sand and steel grit. The choice of abrasive depends on the hardness of the material being worked and the desired result. The grit size should be matched to the diameter of the nozzle in use.
The fitted filter removes moisture from the compressed air, which prevents the abrasive from clumping in the tank and ensures smooth operation. The condensate bowl should be drained regularly and the condition of the filter element checked.
