Mobile pressure blaster with a closed abrasive loop. The vacuum extraction and filtration system allows the abrasive media to be reused, eliminating dust at the work area.
Features
Closed-loop abrasive system
The built-in 1200 W vacuum unit draws the used abrasive back as soon as it leaves the nozzle, passing it through a filter and returning it to the tank. This removes the need to top up the media constantly and significantly reduces running costs.
Dust-free operation
The filtration system traps fine dust particles and stops them spreading into the surrounding area. A useful solution in enclosed spaces or when working close to other workstations.
Siphon feed
The abrasive is drawn in by the vacuum created at the nozzle by the compressed air stream. The system does not require the tank to be pressurised, which simplifies operation and improves working safety.
Mobile design
The 106 L tank is mounted on wheels with a metal handle, so the unit can be moved freely around a building site or workshop. At around 40 kg it can be handled by one person.

Compressor requirements
The unit requires a compressor with an output of at least 170 L/min at 5.5 bar. For full performance, a compressor supplying 640 L/min at 8.2 bar is recommended. The 1/2" NPT connection requires an adaptor if the compressor uses a different thread standard.

Operation and maintenance
Preparation for use
Before starting, fill the tank with abrasive (aluminium oxide, glass beads or steel shot — the choice depends on the material being worked). Connect the compressor to the 1/2" NPT inlet and connect the unit to a 230 V supply. Check that all hose connections are airtight.
Abrasive selection
The abrasive grade affects the final result: coarser grits (40-60) remove heavy layers faster, while finer grades (80-120) give a smoother finish. The filtration system traps dust particles but lets the abrasive through; the media gradually breaks down and needs to be replaced periodically.
Filter system maintenance
The filter needs regular cleaning — how often depends on the intensity of use and the type of abrasive. With a clogged filter, extraction performance drops, which leads to dust escaping into the surrounding area. Checking the filter every 2-3 hours of continuous operation is recommended.
Limitations of the dust-free system
The closed-loop system works efficiently when blasting a short distance from the tank (hose length 2.6 m). On large surfaces the unit has to be moved frequently. After several passes the abrasive loses its sharpness and blasting performance gradually decreases.
