Replaceable PVC roller for applying gypsum plaster, compatible with the VOREL 09445 handle. The 230 mm working width allows large surfaces to be covered efficiently while keeping the applied layer even.
The polyvinyl chloride sleeve is resistant to abrasion and easy to clean once work is finished. The material does not absorb excessive water from the plaster, which allows the compound to be applied in a controlled way.
This parameter defines the effective working area of the roller in a single pass. A greater width means faster coverage of walls and ceilings, which is particularly important for finishing work on large sites.
The thickness of the material layer on the roller affects how much plaster is carried and how evenly it is spread. The 55 mm figure ensures optimum performance at the standard thicknesses of gypsum layers applied.
The 6 mm mounting bore guarantees a precise fit on the VOREL 09445 handle. The standard dimension also allows use with other handles with the same spindle diameter.

Before starting work, check that the handle spindle diameter is 6 mm. Slide the roller onto the handle until it is fully seated, which will ensure stability while the plaster is being applied.
Immediately after finishing work, clean the roller of any remaining gypsum plaster. The PVC material allows contamination to be removed effectively with water. Dried plaster is harder to remove, which can shorten the life of the roller.
When working with gypsum plaster, protective gloves and goggles are recommended, particularly when applying to ceilings. Prolonged contact with the plaster may cause skin irritation.
