A professional impact bit with a Torx T20 tip, made from S2 steel. Designed for intensive use with impact drivers in applications that demand increased resistance to mechanical loads.
S2 alloy steel offers a hardness of 58-60 HRC and increased resistance to impact loads. Its silicon and vanadium content provides flexibility, which minimises the risk of the tip cracking when used with impact drivers.
The Torx system provides six-point contact with the screw recess, which increases the surface area available to transmit torque and reduces wear on both the bit and the screw head. The T20 size corresponds to an external diameter of approximately 3.86 mm.
The extended design allows work in deeper fixing holes and hard-to-reach places where standard 25 mm bits do not provide sufficient reach. Particularly useful when fixing into profiles, battens and deep recesses.
A built-in magnet holds the screw steady on the bit during positioning, which speeds up the work and removes the need to hold the fastener with your other hand. Particularly handy when working overhead or in areas with limited access.

The bit is designed for a 1/4" hex shank (6.35 mm), the standard fitting on power screwdrivers and drill drivers. The reinforced construction allows use with the impact function - check your tool's manual to confirm that it accepts impact bits. Use with hammer drills intended for drilling into concrete is not recommended.
Before starting work, check that the bit size matches the screw recess - the wrong choice leads to rapid tip wear. While driving screws, keep the bit perpendicular to the surface to ensure an even distribution of force. The magnetic tip should be cleaned regularly to remove metal swarf, which can weaken its holding force.
After finishing work, remove any dirt and protect the bit from moisture. Storing it in a dry place extends the tool's service life. For intensive use, it is worth keeping spare bits on hand so that work can continue without interruptions to replace worn tips.
The product is available in three pack formats: a box of 10 pieces (for workshop use), a carton of 100 pieces (for contractors) and a pallet of 1,200 pieces (for distributors and large customers). Each box contains 10 bits protected against damage in transit.
