A circular saw blade with tungsten carbide (TCT) tips, designed for cutting softwood, hardwood, chipboard, blockboard and laminated densified wood. With 20 teeth the blade cuts fast and aggressively — the right choice for crosscuts and rip cuts where the priority is speed rather than the narrowest kerf.
Every tooth is fitted with a brazed tungsten carbide tip — a material far harder than steel. This translates into a working life many times longer than that of high-speed steel blades, particularly when cutting harder timbers and wood-based sheet materials.
The blade body is made from steel with enhanced resistance to thermal distortion. During intensive use the blade heats up through friction — the body material limits the risk of deformation that could cause runout or an uneven cut.
Fewer teeth means more space between them, which helps clear chips and reduces cutting resistance. A 20T blade cuts faster than 40T or 60T versions and demands less torque from the saw, which reduces the load on the motor.
The blade comes with reducing rings that allow it to be fitted to arbors of different diameters. Before buying, check the arbor diameter of your saw — the blade bore is 32 mm, and the reducing rings let you adapt it to smaller arbors.

Before fitting the blade, check three parameters: the outside diameter of the blade (210 mm must fit inside the saw guard), the arbor diameter (32 mm bore, or smaller with a reducing ring) and the maximum speed of the saw (it must not exceed 7500 rpm for this blade). This information is given in the saw's technical documentation or on the machine's rating plate.
A 20T blade cuts faster and leaves a more pronounced cut surface — suitable for constructional cuts where edge quality is not critical. Blades with more teeth (40T, 60T) cut more slowly but leave a smoother finish — they are used for finishing cuts and for materials that splinter or crumble easily at the edge.
