TCT Circular Saw Blade for Wood 400 mm – Kraft&Dele KD1043
A circular saw blade with tungsten carbide (TCT) tips, designed for cutting softwood, hardwood, chipboard, densified laminated wood and joinery materials. Its 400 mm diameter and 20 cutting teeth make it suited to fast cross-cuts and rip cuts in thick materials.
Technical features
Tungsten carbide tipped teeth (TCT)
Tungsten carbide tooth tips are many times harder than hardened steel. This material stays sharp far longer than conventional steel teeth, which means less frequent sharpening and a longer service life for the blade.
Heat-resistant steel body
During intensive cutting, the blade heats up through friction. A body made from steel with enhanced heat resistance minimises the risk of geometric distortion, which could otherwise lead to deviation from the cutting line or vibration.
20 teeth – cutting characteristics
Fewer teeth mean larger gullets (the spaces between the teeth), which helps clear sawdust and reduces cutting resistance. A 20T blade cuts quickly and is suitable for rough cuts and large cross-sections.
Reducing rings included for mounting
The supplied reducing rings allow the blade to be fitted to arbors of different diameters, widening the range of compatible machines. Before buying, check the maximum blade diameter permitted by your saw and the arbor speed — it must not exceed 3700 rpm.
How do I check compatibility with my saw?
Check three parameters in your saw's documentation: the maximum permitted blade diameter (min. 400 mm), the arbor bore diameter (32 mm or smaller — the supplied reducing rings are used to adapt it) and the maximum arbor speed (which must not exceed the 3700 rpm stated on the blade).
