TCT Circular Saw Blade for Wood 500 mm / 30T — Kraft&Dele KD1053
A circular saw blade with tungsten carbide tips (TCT) designed for cutting softwood and hardwood, chipboard, blockboard and densified laminated wood. The 500 mm diameter makes it suitable for panel saws and table saws with a matching spindle.
Technical features
Tungsten carbide tips (TCT)
Cutting teeth finished with tungsten carbide tips (commonly known as TCT) offer many times greater wear resistance than tool steel. This translates into longer running time between sharpening and retention of the cutting geometry over a longer service life.
Heat-resistant steel body
The blade is made from steel with increased resistance to thermal deformation. During intensive cutting the blade heats up through friction — the body stays flat and does not distort, which has a direct effect on the straightness of the cut and on operator safety.
30 teeth — fast, clean cutting
The number of teeth determines the character of the cut. A 30T blade is the middle option: it cuts noticeably more cleanly than 20T or 24T blades while retaining the productivity needed for efficient cutting of cross-sections. The smaller teeth do not tear the wood grain, which limits chipping along the cut edge.
32 mm bore with reducing rings
The standard 32 mm bore fits the spindles of many table saws and panel saws. Reducing rings are included for fitting to spindles of a smaller diameter. Before purchase, check the maximum blade diameter permitted by the manufacturer of your saw.

Compatibility — what to check before fitting
A 500 mm blade requires a saw with a guard and mounting suitable for this size. Check the following: the maximum permitted blade diameter in the saw's manual, the spindle diameter (up to 32 mm, or smaller when using the reducing rings supplied) and the maximum permitted spindle speed — this must not exceed 3000 rpm.
