A cylinder lock with a single-sided thumbturn, designed for mortice locks in internal and external doors. The thumbturn on the inside allows the lock to be operated without a key — a solution commonly used on entrance doors to flats, consulting rooms and office premises. The body is made of aluminium, the mechanism of a ZnAl alloy.

The single-sided thumbturn replaces the key when operating the lock from the inside. A solution used where quick locking or unlocking of a door without having to find a key matters — typically on entrance doors to a flat or office.
Aluminium body

How to check the cylinder size before buying
The cylinder size is determined by the distance from the centre of the fixing screw to each front edge — in this case 35 mm to the outside (key) side and 45 mm to the inside (thumbturn) side. Before buying, measure these distances on the fitted cylinder or check the dimensions in the lock's documentation. The letter "g" next to the dimension indicates the thumbturn side.
