A specialist tool designed for removing and fitting timing belt tensioner pulleys in VAG group engines. The semi-open design provides access to the tensioner pulley without having to remove other components of the drive system.
The 32 mm size matches the standard hex on the tensioner pulleys used in Volkswagen AG petrol and diesel engines. It transmits torque fully, with no risk of the tool slipping.
The semi-open profile lets you fit the wrench onto the tensioner pulley without removing the timing belt. This shortens working time when adjusting belt tension or replacing the pulley, particularly in cramped engine bays.
