A torque wrench with a 3/8" drive designed for controlled tightening of threaded fasteners within the 10-60 Nm range. Fitted with a 72-tooth ratchet mechanism and made from 42CrMo chrome-molybdenum steel.

10-60 Nm torque range
The range covers typical tightening torques in automotive and workshop mechanics. A value of 10 Nm corresponds to delicate fasteners (e.g. sump plugs, sensors), while 60 Nm covers standard torques for motorcycle wheel bolts and suspension components. The wrench allows precise setting of the required value.
72T ratchet mechanism
A 72-tooth ratchet requires only 5 degrees of working stroke, which allows work in confined spaces. The more teeth, the smaller the angle needed to engage, which increases efficiency when working on hard-to-reach fasteners.
42CrMo chrome-molybdenum steel
The 42CrMo alloy is characterised by high resistance to torsion and bending while maintaining appropriate elasticity. This material provides resistance to deformation under repeated torque loading, which translates into long-term measurement repeatability.
Measurement accuracy of ±4%
A tolerance of ±4% means that at a setting of 50 Nm the actual torque may be 48-52 Nm. This level of accuracy is sufficient for most workshop and mechanical applications, where manufacturers specify torques with a similar tolerance range.

How do you check compatibility with sockets?
A 3/8" (10 mm) drive is the medium size used for workshop sockets. Standard hex, bi-hex and specialist sockets (Torx, XZN) with a 3/8" drive all fit. Do not use adaptors that increase the drive to 1/2" – exceeding the torque range can damage the wrench mechanism.
Use and maintenance
Before starting work, set the required torque by turning the handle and reading the value in the window. Once the set torque is reached, the wrench emits a characteristic click and gives slightly – the signal to stop tightening. After finishing work, the wrench should be set to its lowest value (10 Nm), which relieves the spring mechanism and preserves calibration.
The torque wrench requires periodic calibration – the recommended frequency is once a year under intensive use, or every 5,000 tightening cycles. It should be stored in a dry place, in its dedicated case or on a hanger, away from sources of moisture. The wrench should not be used as an ordinary socket wrench to loosen fasteners – this causes a loss of accuracy.
