TVARDY T00025 Digital Torque Adapter
Electronic measuring adapter for verifying the accuracy of torque wrenches and converting a standard ratchet into a torque measuring tool. The device is fitted with a digital display with LED backlighting and a reading memory.
Technical features
Readings in multiple units
The adapter supports five different torque units: kg-cm, kg-m, in-lb, ft-lb and N-m. Switching between metric and imperial units removes the need to convert values when working with tools marked in different systems.
Measuring range 40-200 Nm
The measuring range covers the values typically used in car workshops, mechanical engineering and steel structure assembly. The lower limit of 40 Nm matches the torques used for M10 bolts, while the upper limit of 200 Nm covers M16-M20 bolts.
Reading memory function
Ten memory slots allow successive readings to be recorded during calibration or when comparing the readings of different wrenches. Stored values can be recalled without repeating the measurement, which speeds up the documentation of verification results.
LED backlit display

Use and maintenance
How to use
The adapter is fitted between the ratchet or torque wrench and the socket. While tightening, the display shows the current torque value. The memory function lets you store a reading with the button on the housing. Check the battery level before first use.
Calibration and verification
The device allows the accuracy of torque wrenches to be checked by comparing their readings with the reading on the adapter's display. A difference of more than 4% indicates that the wrench needs recalibrating. The adapter itself should be verified every 12 months or after 5,000 measuring cycles.
Maintenance
After use, clean the adapter of dirt with a dry cloth. Do not immerse the device in solvents or wash it with a pressure washer. Store in a dry place at 5-40°C. The CR2032 battery needs replacing when the low-voltage indicator appears or when the display starts to dim.
