A professional woodworking clamp made from forged die steel with a ratchet mechanism for one-handed operation. Designed for woodworking workshops, furniture assembly and renovation work requiring stable clamping of materials.
Technical features
Forged die steel construction
Die forging produces a uniform material structure and greater mechanical strength than casting. Forged steel offers better resistance to dynamic loads and is less prone to cracking under intensive workshop use.
500 kg clamping force
This parameter defines the maximum force the clamp applies to the material being secured. 500 kg is enough to hold hardwoods, chipboard and MDF firmly in place during gluing, cutting or sanding. The force is distributed evenly across the full 100 mm jaw width.
Ratchet mechanism
The ratchet system allows quick adjustment of the opening and clamping of the material with one hand by pressing a lever. It removes the need to turn a screw along its full length, which significantly speeds up work when assembling and disassembling components repeatedly.
Chrome plated finish
The chrome layer protects the steel against atmospheric corrosion and moisture. Chrome plating increases surface hardness and makes it easier to clean workshop contamination from the tool. The coating protects the clamp during work in environments with elevated humidity.

Use and maintenance
Checking compatibility
Before buying, measure the maximum thickness of the materials to be clamped. A 300 mm opening allows components with a combined thickness of up to approximately 280 mm to be clamped (allowing for jaw width). Clamps with a larger opening are required for wider materials.
Maintaining the mechanism
The lead screw should be cleaned periodically of wood dust and lubricated with lithium grease or machine oil. The plastic pads should be checked for cracks — damaged ones may leave marks on the clamped materials. The ratchet mechanism requires the springs and pawls to be checked every 6 months of intensive work.
Working safely
When clamping, make sure the material is resting securely on the work surface. Do not exceed the maximum clamping force by using extensions on the lever. The clamp should always be secured to the worktop or workbench before starting work.
