Professional diamond blade with a grooved continuous rim, designed for cutting hard ceramic and stone materials. The 10 mm diamond layer ensures durability when working with porcelain, granite and marble.
A continuous grooved profile increases cutting stability and reduces vibration when working with hard ceramic materials. The grooves dissipate heat and dust, extending the life of the blade.
The diamond layer is 10 mm high and 2.0 mm thick, providing a long working life before it wears out. The diamond concentration enables fast cutting of porcelain and materials of similar hardness.
The 25.4 mm bore with a 22.23 mm reducing ring allows the blade to be fitted to both bench saws and angle grinders. Check compatibility with your tool before buying.
The blade's construction allows it to work in both modes. Wet cutting reduces dust and temperature, extending blade life. Dry cutting enables fast work on site where there is no access to water.

The T00818 blade is designed for cutting hard ceramic and stone materials. Below is a list of materials with an assessment of performance:
This blade is not intended for cutting concrete, reinforced concrete, brick, masonry or asphalt. Segmented or turbo blades from the Tvardy range are used for these materials.
The Tvardy range offers four 230 mm blade profiles. The choice depends on the material being cut:
| Material | Continuous (T00801) | Turbo (T00802, T00813, T00814) | Segmented (T00803, T00810, T00812) | For porcelain (T00804, T00816-819) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Porcelain | Excellent | Not recommended | Not recommended | Excellent |
| Concrete | Not recommended | Excellent | Very good | Not recommended |
| Granite | Satisfactory | Very good | Excellent | Satisfactory |
| Roof tiles | Excellent | Not recommended | Satisfactory | Excellent |
| Marble | Satisfactory | Very good | Satisfactory | Satisfactory |
Before fitting, make sure the bore diameter matches the tool spindle (25.4 mm, or 22.23 mm with the reducing ring). Check that the maximum speed of the tool does not exceed 6,600 rpm. Tighten the blade in accordance with the tool manufacturer's instructions, using the appropriate spanner.
When cutting porcelain, wet cutting is recommended – this reduces dust and temperature, preventing chipping of the edges. Guide the blade steadily, without excessive pressure. Too much pressure shortens blade life and can lead to overheating.
After use, clean the blade of dust and material residue. Store it in a dry place, protected from moisture and mechanical damage. Regularly check the condition of the diamond layer – a worn blade loses performance and can cause dangerous vibration.
Always use personal protective equipment: goggles, gloves and hearing protection. When dry cutting, wear a dust mask. Do not exceed the maximum speed of 6,600 rpm.
