Air-powered spray gun for applying anti-corrosion products to underbodies, closed profiles and hard-to-reach areas. Mounts directly onto 1 L and 2 L cans of rustproofing product.
Features
Mounts directly onto the can
The gun screws straight onto standard 1 L and 2 L cans of anti-corrosion product, so there is no need to decant the product. This reduces material waste and prevents contamination.
Chrome-molybdenum self-centring nozzle
The chrome-molybdenum alloy resists wear and corrosion when working with aggressive rustproofing products. The self-centring nozzle simplifies fitting and delivers a consistent spray pattern.
Plastic probe included
The flexible probe reaches into closed profiles (sills, pillars, wheel arches) and hard-to-reach areas without dismantling body panels. The plastic tip will not scratch paintwork in use.
Product flow adjustment
The amount of product applied can be adjusted to suit the job: a thicker coating for the underbody, a thinner one inside profiles. This saves product and prevents excessive build-up.

Use and maintenance
Compressor requirements
The compressor should deliver a stable pressure of 3-8 bar. Do not exceed the maximum pressure of 10 bar — this can damage the seals and cause uncontrolled release of the product. Fitting a water trap and oil filter in the air line is recommended to prevent contamination of the rustproofing product.
Product compatibility
The gun works with ready-to-use anti-corrosion products in standard 1 L and 2 L cans fitted with a mounting thread. Before use, check that the can has the correct thread (most manufacturers use the standard fitting). Do not use products containing large solid particles — these can block the nozzle.
Cleaning after use
When you have finished, flush the gun through with solvent or white spirit. Unscrew the gun from the can, connect it to a container of solvent and run it through the system. If the gun is not cleaned, dried-on product can block it and make it unusable.
