Safety when working with a grinding disc
When working with an angle grinder, personal protective equipment is required: safety goggles or a face shield, work gloves, hearing protection and a dust mask. Before starting work, check the disc for cracks and damage. The maximum rotational speed of the disc must not be lower than the rotational speed of the grinder.
Matching the disc to the material
Universal discs are a compromise between specialised discs for metal and for stone.
