Adaptive mechanism
A system of movable steel pins automatically adapts to the shape of the screw or nut head. This allows torque to be transferred even to fasteners with damaged or non-standard shapes.
7-19 mm application range
One socket covers a size range equivalent to a set of over a dozen standard sockets. This range includes the most popular screw and nut sizes used in the automotive and industrial sectors.
3/8 inch drive
The 3/8" drive square is a standard fitting in professional tool sets. It works with ratchets, torque wrenches and extension bars of the same drive size.
CrV chrome vanadium steel

Use and maintenance
How it works
Place the socket over the fastener and press down so that the movable pins surround the screw or nut head. The pins lock in position, forming a negative of the fastener's shape. When loosening, the force is distributed evenly across the entire contact surface.
Application limits
The socket is not designed for use with high-power pneumatic tools. Do not use extension bars longer than 150 mm, as this may cause loss of grip stability. The adaptive mechanism requires regular cleaning to remove contamination.
Tool maintenance
After use, clean the socket of oil, grease and other contamination. The moving parts should be lubricated periodically with penetrating grease. Store in a dry place to prevent corrosion of the adaptive mechanism.
