XPE CREE 3W COB LED 3W VOREL 88678 Head Torch
Head torch with two independent light sources — an XPE CREE 3W LED and a 3W COB LED panel. The design provides both a focused beam with a 130 lm output and wide flood lighting at 120 lm, with an adjustable beam angle.
Features of the VOREL 88678 head torch
Two LED light sources
The XPE CREE 3W LED produces a focused 130 lm beam for illuminating objects at a greater distance. The 3W COB LED panel provides wide, diffuse 120 lm light, useful for tasks that require even illumination of a close-up field of view.
Five lighting modes
The XPE CREE runs in three modes: full power 100%, economy 50% and flashing. The COB LED can be switched on its own or together with the XPE CREE LED. Switching between modes lets you adapt the lighting to conditions and extend battery runtime.
Red warning light
A red LED is located at the rear of the housing and is powered by a CR2032 battery (included). This feature improves the user's visibility during road-based activities — jogging, cycling or walking after dark.
Adjustable beam angle
The housing's tilt mechanism lets you set the direction of the light beam without changing the position of your head. The adjustment range allows you to aim the light at a work surface or further along the route.

Use and maintenance
Power supply and batteries
The torch requires three AAA batteries (not included). Runtime depends on the selected mode — it is longest in the XPE CREE 50% mode. The red rear light is powered by a CR2032 battery, which is included. Remove the batteries during longer breaks in use to avoid electrolyte leakage.
Headband and beam angle adjustment
The headband has an adjustable circumference — fit it so that the torch does not shift during activity. The emergency whistle integrated into the headband is used to sound audible signals in emergency situations. Adjust the beam angle before starting work — the ABS housing can be tilted repeatedly without the setting becoming loose.
Cleaning and storage
Clean the housing with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not immerse the torch in water — the absence of an IP rating indicates basic protection against splashes only. Store in a dry place, away from heat sources. Check the batteries every few months.
