Knotted stainless steel wire prevents contamination of the workpiece surface with iron particles. This is particularly important when working on stainless steel and aluminium, where contamination can lead to pitting corrosion. The knotted construction increases the stiffness of the bristles and the aggressiveness of the cleaning action.
M14 mounting thread
The standard M14 thread ensures compatibility with most angle grinders available on the market. Direct mounting on the spindle eliminates the need for additional adapters. Before mounting, check the thread type of your grinder – some models are fitted with an M10 or M18 thread.
65 mm diameter
A working diameter of 65 mm is a compromise between the working area and tool control. Use and work safety

Guide the tool at an angle of 15–30 degrees to the workpiece surface, avoiding excessive pressure, which can lead to overheating of the material and premature bristle wear. Regularly check the temperature of the workpiece.
Brush maintenance
After finishing work, clean the brush of dust and dirt with compressed air. Storing it in a dry place prevents corrosion of the wire. Worn bristles lose their stiffness and effectiveness – replace the brush when the wire length has decreased by around 50% or visible deformation appears.
