A professional set comprising a torque wrench and 6 interchangeable heads, designed for the precise tightening of flare connections in air conditioning and refrigeration systems. It delivers controlled torque in the 10-100 Nm range with ±3% accuracy.

Controlled torque of 10-100 Nm
The torque range is matched to typical flare connections in air conditioning systems. 10 Nm is sufficient for delicate components, while 100 Nm allows larger diameters to be tightened safely without the risk of damaging threads or seals.
±3% tolerance in both directions
Accuracy of CW ±3% and CCW ±3% means the actual torque differs from the set value by no more than 3%. At a setting of 50 Nm the actual value falls within 48.5-51.5 Nm, which guarantees repeatability and leak-tight connections.
6 interchangeable heads, 17-29 mm
The set covers the sizes 17, 22, 24, 26, 27 and 29 mm, matching the standard flare nuts used on copper pipes from 1/4" to 7/8". Heads can be changed in seconds thanks to the 14 x 18 mm drive.
Dedicated carry case

How to check the required torque

Use and maintenance of the torque wrench
A torque wrench requires correct use if its accuracy is to be maintained. Before starting work, check that the set torque matches the requirements of the installation. Once the nut has been tightened, the wrench signals that the set torque has been reached – tightening must be stopped at this point.
After use, the wrench should be stored with the minimum torque setting (10 Nm), which prevents the measuring spring from weakening. Periodic calibration, every 12 months or after 5,000 cycles, maintains the ±3% accuracy.
Heads should be cleaned of contamination and protected against corrosion. Avoid knocking or dropping the tool – mechanical damage affects the precision of the torque measurement. The wrench must not be used as an ordinary wrench to loosen connections.
