Lid for YATO YG-00519 round container
Lid made from flexible polyethylene, designed for YATO round containers with a diameter of 187 mm. It provides a tight seal and protects the contents from contamination.
Features of the YATO YG-00519 lid
Flexible polyethylene (PE)
The PE material is flexible and resistant to mechanical damage. The lid moulds to the rim of the container to form a tight seal without the need for any additional fastening mechanism.
187 mm diameter
The dimension matches YATO round containers in the YG-00511 and YG-00512 series. Before purchase, check the diameter of your container rim to ensure the lid fits correctly.
Tight seal
The flexibility of the polyethylene allows the lid to be pressed onto the rim of the container, which restricts the ingress of dust, moisture and contaminants. This makes it suitable for storing small parts and loose materials.
Compatibility with the YATO system
The lid is part of the YATO workshop storage system. It is designed for use with the YG-00511 and YG-00512 containers, allowing modular storage sets to be built up.

Use and maintenance
The polyethylene lid requires no special preparation before first use. To fit it, simply press the lid onto the rim of the container — the flexible material moulds to the circumference to create a tight seal.
The lid can be cleaned with water and a mild detergent. Polyethylene is resistant to most cleaning agents used in domestic and workshop settings. After washing, dry the lid before refitting it to the container.
The PE material is resistant to temperatures from -40°C to +80°C, which means containers with the lid fitted can be stored in unheated storage rooms and in elevated ambient temperatures.
