A professional torque wrench with a 72-tooth ratchet mechanism, designed for the precise tightening of fastenings to a controlled torque. The CrMo SCM-440 steel head construction ensures durability in workshop conditions.
The 72-tooth mechanism requires only 5 degrees of rotation to the next engagement, which allows work in confined spaces. The head is made from CrMo SCM-440 steel and resists wear under repeated load cycles.
The adjustable range covers typical workshop applications – from tightening suspension components (80-120 Nm) to wheel bolts (110-140 Nm). The torque is set by turning the handle with its push-pull lock.
The ±3% tolerance when tightening clockwise (CW) meets the requirements of ISO 6789. In the opposite direction (CCW) the accuracy is ±5%. Every unit comes with an individual calibration certificate showing its serial number.
The two-window scale design makes it easier to set the torque precisely. The scale is graduated in newton-metres (Nm) for clear reading even in varying light.

Release the push-pull lock by pulling the handle down. Turn the handle until the pointer on the scale reaches the required torque value. Lock the setting by pushing the handle up. Always check the setting before starting work.
Fit the wrench perpendicular to the bolt axis. Tighten with a smooth, steady motion without jerking. Once the set torque is reached, the wrench will click audibly and give slightly – stop tightening at that point. Do not use extensions that alter the actual torque applied.
After use, set the wrench to its lowest torque value (40 Nm) to relieve the internal spring. Store the tool in the supplied carry case in a dry place. Periodic recalibration every 12 months or after 5,000 working cycles at an accredited laboratory is recommended.
