A hydraulic hole punch designed for work with steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metal sheet. The tool uses a hydraulic drive with 6 tonnes of punching force, allowing precise hole punching without deforming the edges of the material.
6 tonnes of punching force ensures clean penetration of the material without the need for significant physical effort. The hydraulic system distributes the force evenly across the cutting edge, eliminating the risk of cracking and distortion of the sheet metal in the working area.
The punch head rotates a full 360 degrees around its own axis, making it possible to punch holes in hard-to-reach places without having to dismantle components or change the working position. A particularly useful feature when working inside cabinets and enclosures.
The die set allows holes from 22 mm to 60 mm in diameter to be punched, covering the standard sizes used in electrical installations, control cabinets and when fitting switches and connectors. Dies can be changed without additional tools.
The punch works with steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous sheet up to 3 mm thick. The blade geometry ensures a clean cut with no burrs, eliminating the need for additional finishing of the hole edge.

Before starting work, check the hydraulic oil level and the condition of the seals. The workpiece should be cleaned of dirt and rust, which can shorten the life of the blade. Select the die matching the required hole diameter and fit it in the head as instructed.
Position the tool perpendicular to the surface of the sheet and mark the cutting point. Pump the hydraulic lever until the material is penetrated – the process is signalled by a characteristic sound and a drop in resistance. Once the hole is made, release the pressure with the release valve and remove the tool. Take the punched slug out of the die.
After finishing work, clean the dies and blades of metal swarf. Check the condition of the cutting edges – blunt blades need to be replaced or sharpened. Store the tool in its carrying case in a dry place. Regularly check the hydraulic system for leaks and the oil level.
