A circular saw blade for wood and wood-based materials with tungsten carbide teeth. 300 mm diameter, 96 teeth and a 30 mm bore – specifications that deliver fast, precise cutting on a table saw or mitre saw.
The 300 mm diameter makes this blade suitable for higher-powered table saws and mitre saws. Before buying, check the maximum blade diameter permitted by the saw manufacturer – this information can be found in the instruction manual or on the machine's rating plate.
96 teeth give a high tooth density, which produces a smooth cut surface with minimal tear-out. Blades with this number of teeth are used for cross-cutting solid wood, laminated boards, plywood and materials that require a finish without additional sanding.
A 30 mm bore is the standard size for table saws and mitre saws. Before fitting, check the diameter of the saw's arbor. If these do not match, a reducing ring can be used – an insert that adapts the bore diameter of the blade to a smaller arbor.
Tungsten carbide is a material whose hardness far exceeds that of tool steel. Carbide teeth stay sharp for longer, which extends the intervals between sharpenings and reduces running costs. The blade is suitable for cutting hardwood, softwood and wood-based panels.

Disconnect the saw from the power supply before fitting. The blade must be fitted in accordance with the direction of rotation marked by the arrow on the body. Once the blade is in place, tighten the securing nut to the correct torque – if it is not tightened enough, the blade may work loose during use.
A 300 mm circular saw blade requires a saw with a minimum power of 1500-2000 W and a speed of 3000-5000 rpm. Too little power can overload the motor, while too high a speed can overheat the carbide and reduce cut quality. The saw settings should be matched to the type of material being cut.
Clean the blade teeth regularly to remove resin and dirt, using a solvent or a dedicated blade cleaning product. Sharpening carbide requires specialist equipment – this should be carried out by a professional service. A properly maintained blade stays sharp for several hundred hours of use.
