Yato YT-80165 Work Trousers, Size M
Cotton work trousers with a fabric weight of 270 g/m², reinforced triple-stitched seams and a nine-pocket system. The YT-80165 model is designed for professionals working in construction, mechanical engineering and industry.
Features of the Yato work trousers
270 g/m² fabric weight
The fabric density of 270 g/m² provides resistance to mechanical damage when working with tools and building materials. The material holds its shape and does not stretch in areas exposed to rubbing.
Nine-pocket system
Six pockets with hook-and-loop fastening allow small tools and accessories to be carried safely. Dedicated knee pad pockets take EVA or foam protective inserts up to 15 mm thick.
Reinforced triple stitching
Reinforced stitching at the crotch, knees and rear pockets increases resistance to tearing at the points of greatest stress. The seam construction extends the service life of the trousers by around 40% compared with a single stitch.
Waist adjustment
Buttons positioned at the sides of the waistband allow the waist to be adjusted by 3-5 cm without a belt. A useful solution when body weight changes or when extra layers of clothing are worn in winter.

Use and care
Choosing the right size
Size M corresponds to a waist measurement of 86-90 cm and an inside leg length of approximately 80 cm. Washing at 30°C is recommended before first use - the fabric may shrink by 2-3 cm in length. Waist adjustment with the buttons compensates for minor differences in dimensions.
Fitting the knee pads
The knee pad pockets are located on the inside of the trousers and open from the top. The protective inserts should be slid in before the trousers are put on. EVA foam knee pads 10-15 mm thick protect the joints when working on your knees on hard surfaces.
Fabric care
Wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C with the trousers turned inside out. Avoid chlorine bleaches, which weaken the cotton fibres. Iron at a temperature of up to 150°C. Frequent washing at high temperatures may accelerate wear of the thread in the seams - removing soiling by hand before washing is recommended.
