Low-cut safety trainers in protection category SB P, fitted with a steel toe cap and a composite penetration-resistant midsole. The breathable AIR MESH upper and the polyurethane sole with air cushion provide comfort during long working hours in dry conditions.
AIR MESH is a multi-layer synthetic mesh that ensures intensive air circulation. The structure of the material wicks moisture to the outside, which prevents the feet from overheating during intensive work. This is particularly important in conditions that require continuous movement and in rooms with elevated temperatures.
The steel toe cap withstands an impact of up to 200 joules (equivalent to a 20 kg weight falling from a height of 1 metre) and a compression load of up to 15 kilonewtons. It meets the requirements of the EN ISO 20345 standard for category SB. It protects the toes against injuries caused by falling tools, building materials or warehouse components.
The midsole is made from composite (non-metallic) materials and protects the foot against penetration by sharp objects with a force of up to 1100 newtons. Unlike steel equivalents, it is lighter and does not conduct cold. The P marking in category SB P confirms the presence of this protection in accordance with the EN ISO 20345 standard.
The polyurethane (PU) sole is flexible and abrasion-resistant. A built-in air cushion in the heel area absorbs the shocks generated when walking on hard surfaces, reducing the load on the knee joints and spine. SRA slip resistance means effectiveness on ceramic tiles wetted with a detergent solution.
The 10 mm insole is made from polyester foam and adapts to the anatomy of the foot, evenly distributing pressure across the entire sole surface. It reduces pressure points and lessens fatigue during prolonged standing or walking. The insole can be removed for cleaning or replaced with an orthopaedic one.
The soft inner lining minimises the risk of chafing at sensitive points, particularly around the ankle and heel. The reinforced heel area strengthens the construction of the shoe at the point most exposed to rubbing and provides foot stability when moving over uneven surfaces.

Category SB (Safety Basic) is the basic level of protection for safety footwear in accordance with the EN ISO 20345 standard. The letter P indicates the presence of a penetration-resistant midsole. SB P category footwear is intended for work in dry conditions and does not have waterproof or insulating properties (no WR, CI or HI markings).
SB P category footwear is not intended for work in wet conditions or on surfaces covered with water, oils or chemicals. It does not provide thermal insulation and should not be used in extreme temperature conditions. For outdoor work in variable weather conditions, footwear in categories S1P, S2 or S3 is recommended.
Before wearing the footwear for the first time, check its condition, in particular the integrity of the toe cap and the penetration-resistant midsole. The insole can be removed and adjusted, or replaced with an orthopaedic one. Feet should be gradually accustomed to new footwear – limit use during the first few days to a few hours.
Clean the AIR MESH upper with a soft brush or a damp cloth using mild detergents. Do not immerse the shoes in water or wash them in a washing machine. If they become wet, dry them at room temperature away from heat sources – drying on a radiator may damage the adhesives and distort the materials. The insole can be hand-washed and dried separately.
Check the condition of the sole regularly – visible cracks or excessive tread wear reduce grip and increase the risk of slipping. Check the integrity of the upper, particularly at flex points and seams. A damaged toe cap or penetration-resistant midsole disqualifies the footwear from further use in accordance with the safety standard.
Store in a dry, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Do not store in a compressed position – this may permanently distort the footwear.
