Chainsaw chain for petrol and electric chainsaws, made from 65Mn manganese steel. Designed for cutting clean and moderately contaminated wood with semi-chisel teeth.
A material with increased tensile strength and wear resistance. The manganese alloy increases chain durability during intensive use, extending the intervals between sharpening and reducing operating costs.
Tooth geometry that balances cutting speed with operating safety. The rounded profile reduces the risk of kickback compared with a full chisel, while maintaining cutting efficiency in clean and moderately contaminated wood.
Chain construction that lowers vibration levels by 25% compared with standard designs. It reduces operator fatigue during prolonged use and improves cutting precision, directly affecting user comfort.
A system that ensures even distribution of oil across the chain surface. It minimises friction between the links and the guide bar, reduces overheating during operation and extends the service life of both the chain and the chainsaw guide bar.

Before buying, check three key parameters: chain pitch (the distance between three consecutive rivets divided by two), drive link gauge (the width of the part that fits into the guide bar groove) and the number of links. A mismatch in any of these parameters will prevent correct fitting and operation of the chainsaw.
The 3/8 inch pitch (9.52 mm) is widely used in chainsaws with an output of 1.8 to 3.5 kW. It provides a compromise between cutting speed and engine load. Chains with this pitch are available in a wide range of tooth types and lengths, making it easier to match them to specific applications.
Check chain tension regularly — a correctly tensioned chain should pull slightly away from the guide bar but not sag. A chain that is too loose may jump off the guide bar, while one that is too tight accelerates wear and puts a strain on the engine.
Keep the oil level in the lubrication tank topped up. The automatic lubrication system only works effectively when chain oil is replenished regularly. Use oil of the viscosity recommended by the chainsaw manufacturer.
Sharpen the chain when you notice a drop in cutting performance or fine sawdust instead of chips. Keep the sharpening angle the same on every tooth (usually 30° for semi-chisel) and the depth gauges at equal height. Uneven sharpening causes vibration and an uneven cut.
After finishing work, clean sawdust and resin from the chain. Periodically remove the chain and soak it in solvent to remove accumulated resin and contamination. Store the chain in a dry place, lightly oiled to protect it against corrosion.
When working with a chainsaw, wear full protective clothing: a helmet with a face shield, hearing protection, cut-resistant gloves, trousers with protective inserts and boots with steel toe caps. The kickback reduction system lowers the risk but does not eliminate it completely — always hold the chainsaw with both hands and maintain a stable stance.
