Automatic HEPA filter cleaning
The automatic filter cleaning system removes accumulated dust without interrupting work. The mechanism prevents the loss of suction power that occurs in standard vacuum cleaners as the filter clogs up. This solution removes the need for manual filter cleaning during intensive work, which improves efficiency on long tasks.
1600W motor and 20 kPa suction
The 1600W motor generates a vacuum of 20 kPa, which makes it possible to collect heavy materials such as metal filings, sand and rubble effectively. A figure of 20 kPa represents enough vacuum to remove fine dust from porous surfaces as well as larger debris from smooth floors.
30-litre tank
A 30-litre capacity allows a considerable amount of waste to be collected before the tank has to be emptied. In practice this means a medium-sized workshop or a room after renovation work can be cleaned without stopping to change the bag. The stainless steel tank withstands contact with sharp and heavy materials.
7.5-metre power cable
The 7.5 m cable gives a working radius of around 10 metres from the socket, taking the length of the suction hose into account. The thick rubber cable is resistant to mechanical damage and contact with moisture, which increases safety when working in workshop and construction environments.

HEPA filter and bag system
What is a HEPA filter
A HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filter captures particles from 0.3 micrometres in size, including fine construction dust, allergens and pollen. In industrial vacuum cleaners a HEPA filter protects the motor from damage by fine particles and improves the quality of the air exhausted from the machine. The automatic shaker maintains the filter's airflow by mechanically shaking deposited dust into the tank.
Reusable synthetic bags
The vacuum cleaner is supplied with reusable synthetic bags that can be emptied and refitted. Synthetic material is more durable than disposable paper bags and is not damaged by contact with sharp waste. This solution lowers running costs, particularly with intensive use in a workshop or on a building site.
Maintenance and use
The automatic filter shaker is activated by a button on the vacuum cleaner's housing. It is recommended to activate the mechanism every 15-20 minutes of work in heavily dusty conditions, or whenever a drop in suction power becomes noticeable. The HEPA filter needs periodic washing with water every 20-30 hours of operation — after washing it must be completely dried before being refitted.
The tank is emptied once it is around 80% full. Do not overfill the tank, as excess waste can block the air inlet and reduce suction efficiency. The suction hose and nozzles should be checked regularly for blockages and mechanical damage.
After use, the power cable should be wound onto the holder, avoiding sharp bends. Store the vacuum cleaner in a dry room protected from moisture and frost. Before extended storage, the tank should be emptied and the filter cleaned.
