A professional industrial vacuum cleaner with a power tool synchronisation function, designed for intensive use in bodyshops and paint shops, manufacturing halls and on construction sites. The automatic filter cleaning system ensures continuous operation with no drop in suction power.
Technical features of the industrial vacuum cleaner
Automatic filter shaker
The automatic filter cleaning mechanism removes the need for manual maintenance during operation. The system mechanically knocks deposited dust off the filter surface, restoring full airflow and maintaining constant suction. This is particularly important when extracting sanding dust and fine particles, which quickly clog conventional filters.
Two-stage suction power control
Switching between the 1600W and 3600W modes lets you match the working intensity to the type of contamination. The lower setting is enough for light materials and extends motor life, while the higher setting ensures effective collection of heavy waste, metal swarf and wet contamination. A vacuum pressure of 22 kPa guarantees effective extraction even through longer hoses.
Synchronisation with power tools
A built-in 230V socket rated up to 2000W allows power tools to be connected with automatic extraction start-up. The vacuum cleaner starts together with the tool and switches off with a delay once work is finished, clearing any remaining dust from the hose. This function prevents contamination from spreading around the workshop during sanding, cutting or drilling.
Wet and dry operation with a HEPA filter
The all-purpose design allows both dry waste and liquids to be collected without changing the configuration. The HEPA filter retains particles larger than 0.3 microns, including sanding dust, paint dust and allergens. The option of working with a paper bag or straight into the tank increases application flexibility.

The IPX4 rating means protection against water splashing from any direction. The housing and electrical components are protected against accidental contact with liquids during operation, which increases safety of use in a workshop environment. The unit can be used in rooms with elevated humidity, but it is not designed to be submerged.
Use and maintenance of the industrial vacuum cleaner
Before first start-up, check that the HEPA filter is seated correctly and that the suction hose connection is airtight. Do not use a paper bag in wet mode – the tank must be empty and clean. After collecting liquids, empty the tank and leave it to dry with the lid open.
The automatic filter shaker is activated by a button on the housing – it should be operated every 10-15 minutes of intensive work or when a noticeable drop in suction is observed. The HEPA filter needs periodic washing under running water (after disconnecting the power supply) – the frequency depends on how intensively the vacuum is used, typically every 20-30 hours of operation.
The 40-litre tank should be emptied once it is three-quarters full, so as not to overload the motor. When working with fine dust, disposable bags are worth using, as they make disposal easier and protect the tank from scratches. Check the condition of the hose and suction nozzles regularly – damaged parts reduce extraction efficiency.
The castors need periodic cleaning of accumulated dirt and lubrication of the axles. The mains lead should be coiled loosely, without sharp bends, to avoid damaging the insulation. Store the unit in a dry room, with the filters left to dry after wet use.
