A manual 16 mm pipe bender designed for bending copper, aluminium and mild steel pipes. The tool enables precise bending up to 180° without the risk of crushing or deforming the material.
Technical features of the pipe bender
Bending up to 180° without deformation
The bender's design distributes force evenly around the entire circumference of the pipe, eliminating the risk of flattening or kinking the material. The curved guide maintains a constant bend radius, preserving full flow inside the pipe.
Aluminium body with steel arms
The aluminium body reduces the weight of the tool while maintaining structural rigidity. The steel working arms transmit bending forces without deforming, ensuring a repeatable angle over repeated use.
Embossed protractor
The angle scale embossed into the body allows the current bend angle to be read during work. This solution makes it possible to set the required angle precisely without additional measuring instruments.

Material compatibility
The bender is designed for pipes made of ductile materials: copper, aluminium and mild steel. It must not be used to bend hardened steel pipes, high-hardness stainless steel pipes or multilayer pipes with plastic inserts. Before bending, check the pipe wall thickness – walls that are too thin may be crushed.
Use and maintenance
Before first use, check that the arms move freely and inspect the condition of the bender's working surfaces. For copper pipes, lightly lubricating the contact surfaces is recommended, as it makes bending easier and protects the pipe surface from scratches.
During bending, the pipe should be seated fully in the bender's working groove. Apply force evenly, avoiding sudden jerks that could cause uneven deformation of the material. The protractor allows you to monitor the progress of the bend and stop at the required point.
After use, clean the bender of any contamination and protect it against corrosion. Moving parts should be lubricated periodically with maintenance grease. Store the tool in a dry place, protected from impacts that could deform the working parts.
