3-Shelf Workshop Trolley GEKO G10820
A three-tier transport trolley designed for organising a workstation in a workshop, warehouse or production hall. The frame allows tools, components and materials with a total weight of up to 150 kg to be transported.
Construction features
Three independent shelves
Each tier provides a usable surface of 66.3 × 35 cm, allowing tools to be sorted by type or project. Distributing the weight across three tiers increases stability during transport.
Four-castor running gear
Two fixed castors at the rear provide a stable track, while two swivel castors at the front allow precise manoeuvring. Brakes on the swivel castors lock the trolley during loading and unloading.
Bolt-on handle
An ergonomic handle mounted to the frame allows controlled steering of the trolley. A handle height of 78.4 cm from the floor ensures a natural hand position when pushing.
150 kg load capacity
The maximum load is distributed across the entire frame. With the weight evenly distributed across three shelves, a single tier can hold up to 50 kg.

Use and maintenance
Load distribution
Place heavier items on the bottom shelf — this lowers the centre of gravity and increases stability. Avoid loading any single tier above 50 kg. When transporting tall items, check that they do not exceed the height of the handle.
Safety during transport
Always apply the brakes on the swivel castors before setting off. When moving, push the trolley rather than pulling it — this gives better control of direction. On slopes, move at a speed that allows you to stop if necessary.
Technical checks
Check the condition of the castors every month — worn bearings or damaged rims make manoeuvring difficult. Tighten the handle's bolted connections, especially with intensive use. Remove debris from the brake mechanism to maintain its effectiveness.
