Air hose reel with a 10-metre hose made from reinforced PVC. The automatic retraction system with lock and the wall mounting keep the workplace tidy when working with air tools.
The multi-layer construction with internal reinforcement increases mechanical strength and resistance to cracking under pressure. The PVC material stays flexible across a wide temperature range.
The locking mechanism stops the hose in any position, which prevents uncontrolled retraction during work. It allows the working length of the hose to be adjusted precisely to suit the task.
The swivel bracket makes it easy to guide the hose in different directions without twisting. Wall mounting makes efficient use of workshop space and keeps the area tidy.
A maximum pressure of 24 bar against a working pressure of 8 bar gives a threefold safety margin. The hose withstands the sudden pressure spikes that can occur during compressor operation or when a valve is closed abruptly.

The 1/4" connection is the standard for air tools. An 8 mm bore provides sufficient airflow for most workshop tools with consumption up to 200 l/min. For tools with higher demand (angle grinders, air hammers), hoses with a 10 mm or larger bore are recommended.
The range of -5°C to +45°C covers typical workshop conditions. Below -5°C, PVC loses its flexibility and can crack when bent. Above +45°C, the hose may expand excessively and lose mechanical strength.
Before first use, blow the hose through with compressed air to remove any debris. Periodically check the condition of the fittings and seals. Avoid contact with sharp edges and with chemicals that attack PVC (solvents, mineral oils). After use, let the hose retract on its own.
