A complete workshop set containing 300 Seeger-type external circlips in 18 popular sizes. Circlips are used to secure components axially on shafts, preventing them from shifting while the mechanism is running.
Clips fitted onto shafts (external diameter). Seated in circumferential grooves, they block the axial movement of gears, bearings, discs and other rotating components.
18 sizes from 3 mm to 32 mm cover the majority of workshop and service applications. The set eliminates the need to order individual circlips for minor repairs.
A plastic case with labelled compartments makes it quick and easy to find the right size. The dividers prevent the parts from mixing during transport and storage.
The quantity distribution reflects how often each size is used — the most popular diameters (6, 13, 16, 19, 22 mm) are supplied in larger quantities.

The nominal diameter of a circlip corresponds to the diameter of the shaft it is to be fitted to. Before fitting, check the shaft diameter with a calliper. The circlip must match a groove machined to DIN 471 — the groove depth and width are strictly defined for each diameter.
Special circlip pliers with straight tips are used to fit and remove Seeger circlips (for external types). Attempting to fit them with a screwdriver can damage the circlip or the groove. Once seated, check that the circlip is fully engaged in the groove and rotates freely.
