A reel extension lead designed for garden, workshop and building site use. Fitted with H05VV-F cable with a 3x1.5mm² cross-section, providing a safe power supply for appliances rated up to 2300W.
Three-core cable with double PVC insulation. The 1.5mm² cross-section safely carries loads of up to 10A (2300W at 230V). The cable construction remains flexible at temperatures from -25°C to +60°C.
A reach that allows work in large gardens and on extensive building sites without the need to link several extension leads together. Fully unwound, it eliminates the risk of the cable overheating.
The socket rating matches standard plugs on household appliances and power tools. A maximum current of 10A allows appliances rated up to 2300W to be connected.
The housing is protected against access by fingers and objects larger than 12.5mm in diameter. There is no protection against water — the product is intended for use in dry conditions or under cover only.

Before use, the cable must be fully unwound from the reel — a coiled cable under load can overheat. An IP20 rating means the extension lead is not resistant to rain or splashes — the sockets must be protected from moisture. The 2300W maximum load applies to a fully unwound cable; if the cable is only partly unwound, the load should be reduced by around 30%.
A 3x1.5mm² cross-section is the standard choice for extension leads up to 50m. For comparison:
| 3x1.0mm² cross-section | Up to 16A (3680W), recommended for lengths up to 25m |
| 3x1.5mm² cross-section | Up to 10A (2300W), all-purpose for lengths of 25-50m |
| 3x2.5mm² cross-section | Up to 16A (3680W), recommended for lengths over 50m or heavy loads |
At a length of 50m, a 1.5mm² cross-section ensures safe operation of appliances rated up to 2300W without excessive voltage drop.
Before first use, check the condition of the cable insulation and the integrity of the housing. Do not exceed the 10A maximum load — connecting appliances with a higher current draw can cause the cable to overheat and damage the insulation.
The extension lead must only be connected to a working earthed socket. When working outdoors, the sockets must be protected from rain and moisture — use covers or place the extension lead under cover.
After use, clean dust and dirt from the cable, check its technical condition and wind it back onto the reel without pulling it too tight. Storing the product in a dry room extends the life of the insulation.
