6-Point Socket 36mm 3/4" GEKO G14036
Impact socket for ratchets and torque wrenches with a 3/4" drive. Made from chrome vanadium steel with heat treatment that increases wear resistance.
Technical features
Chrome vanadium steel (CrV)
An alloy characterised by increased hardness and abrasion resistance. The addition of vanadium improves fatigue strength, which is crucial when working with impact wrenches.
3/4" drive
A standard size for industrial tools and heavy workshop work. The 3/4" square (19.05 mm) provides sufficient torque for M36 nuts and larger.
6-point profile
A design with six points of contact distributes force evenly across the nut surface, minimising the risk of damaging the corners. It performs well on heavily contaminated or slightly corroded fasteners.
Heat treatment
Hardening and tempering the steel increases surface hardness while retaining a tough core. This process extends the socket's service life and prevents cracking under impact loads.

Tool compatibility
The socket works with 3/4" ratchets, torque wrenches in the 100-600 Nm range, pneumatic impact wrenches, and extension bars and universal joints with the same drive size. Before use, check that the maximum torque of the tool does not exceed the capacity of the socket.
Use and maintenance
Before first use, check that the socket seats firmly on the drive square. Play greater than 0.2 mm may indicate a tolerance mismatch and requires verification.
After finishing work, it is worth cleaning the socket of contamination and lightly lubricating the chrome-plated surface, which prevents corrosion. Avoid storing it in damp rooms without anti-corrosion protection.
Do not use sockets with visible cracks or deformation. A damaged socket may fail under load and pose a risk to the user.
