15 x 19 mm centring pilot
Precise guiding of the cutter along the seat axis prevents damage to the cylinder head. The 15 x 19 mm dimensions match standard injector seat diameters in most diesel engines.
Complete service kit
The set contains all the tools required: a T-handle key for mounting the cutters, an L-shaped hex key for adjustment and the dedicated cutters. No additional accessories are needed to get started.
For reconditioning and replacement work

How to choose the right cutter
Cutter selection depends on the vehicle make and the type of injection system. Flat cutters are used in seats with straight walls (Delphi, Bosch in BMW/PSA/Renault/Ford) and angled cutters in conical seats (Mercedes CDI, Fiat/Iveco). Identify the injector type fitted to the engine before use.
Use and maintenance
Before starting work, clean the area around the injector thoroughly with compressed air to prevent contaminants from entering the combustion chamber. Fit the cutter into the centring pilot using the T-handle key, then seat the pilot in the injector bore.
Cutting is carried out by hand, turning the key slowly and evenly with moderate pressure. Excessive force can damage the seat or break the cutter. Once cutting is complete, clean the seat thoroughly with compressed air and check that the cut is even.
After use, clean swarf and carbon residue from the cutters and protect them with a light coating of protective oil. Storing them in the original packaging prevents damage to the cutting edges and makes it easier to identify the individual components.
Technical note
This set is designed for hand use – do not use power or air tools. Excessive rotational speed can overheat the cutter and damage the seat. Always check the depth and condition of the seat surface before fitting a new injector.
