Air hose with a reinforced PVC construction, designed for conveying compressed air in workshop and industrial installations. Fitted with quick-release couplings for immediate connection to air tools.
Air hose features
10 mm inner diameter
The 10 mm bore delivers sufficient airflow for most workshop air tools, such as impact wrenches, grinders and spray guns. This diameter is a compromise between flow performance and hose flexibility.
Reinforced PVC construction
A reinforcing layer of synthetic fibre placed between the PVC layers increases resistance to working pressure and prevents the hose from expanding during use. The reinforced structure reduces the risk of splitting and extends the service life of the hose.
10 metre working length
A length of ten metres allows you to move freely around the work area without having to reposition the compressor frequently. Suitable for car workshops, garages and small production facilities.
Integrated quick-release couplings
Factory-fitted quick-release couplings remove the need for additional adaptors and shorten the time taken to switch between tools. The quick-release coupling system provides a tight seal and minimises pressure loss when connecting.

Use and maintenance
Checking compatibility with the compressor
Before connecting, make sure that the working pressure of the compressor does not exceed the maximum working pressure of the hose. The quick-release couplings should match the standard used on your air tools. If they do not match, adaptor couplings will be required.
Storing the air hose
Store the hose in a place protected from direct sunlight and heat sources. After use, depressurise the hose and coil it in loose loops without sharp bends. Avoiding contact with oils and solvents extends the service life of the PVC material.
Inspecting the hose
Check the surface of the hose regularly for cracks, scuffing and mechanical damage. Before every use, verify that the quick-release couplings are sealed correctly. A hose with visible structural damage should not be used, because of the risk of a sudden release of compressed air.
