Air random orbital sander with a 152 mm pad and central dust extraction, designed for professional preparation of surfaces prior to the application of paint finishes. The offset action of the pad ensures even sanding without the risk of swirl marks.

Orbital pad action
The offset action of the working pad eliminates the risk of leaving the characteristic swirl marks on the surface. It ensures even sanding and preparation for the application of paint finishes in line with automotive industry requirements.
Central dust extraction system
Dust is drawn off through the holes in the sanding disc and a central channel in the tool body. The system requires connection to an external industrial vacuum cleaner. It reduces dust at the workstation and improves visibility of the surface being worked.
Compressed air requirements
The tool requires a compressor capable of delivering a working pressure of 6.3 bar at an air flow of 453 l/min. Before buying, check that your compressed air system meets these requirements. A standard 1/4 inch connector makes integration with the system straightforward.
Dry sanding
The sander is intended for dry sanding only, without water or other cooling liquids. It is not designed for wet sanding. Suitable sanding discs with dust extraction holes must be used.

Compressed air system requirements
Compressor requirements
The tool requires a compressor with an output of at least 453 l/min at a pressure of 6.3 bar. Check the specifications of your compressor before buying. Fitting an air filter and lubricator in the supply line is recommended to ensure correct operation and a long tool life. The hose diameter should be at least 10 mm to ensure an adequate air flow.
Choosing sanding discs
Use discs of 150-152 mm diameter with a hook-and-loop backing and dust extraction holes arranged in accordance with the multi-hole standard. The grit is selected according to the stage of work: P80-P120 for paint removal, P180-P240 for sanding primers, P320-P400 for finishing before painting.
Maintenance and use
Before each use, check the condition of the air hose and the connections. Oil the tool regularly by pouring a few drops of air tool oil into the air inlet. When you have finished working, disconnect the tool from the compressed air supply and clean the dust extraction holes in the disc.
A noise level of 77 dB requires hearing protection during prolonged use. A dust mask is also recommended, despite the dust extraction system. Hold the tool with both hands and avoid applying excessive pressure to the surface being worked.
